What is the update?
Document Publishers now have the ability to order Executive names in People Manager. So, when recording the vote in the Meeting Control Panel, board member names appear in the order desired.
How do I use it?
To arrange names in the Executive list:
- Place your mouse pointer on a name.
- Left click & hold, then drag the name where you want it.
- Release the mouse when the name is in the desired location.
For the Roll to reflect the updated names or order, you must:
- Refresh your browser (F5)
- Go to Options > Meeting Control
- Beneath Voting, insure all appropriate voting Board members are selected.
- Click the save icon to update the Roll.
