“If the order of agenda items change, even at the last minute, you simply click and drag the item to its new place, and the software automatically renumbers everything and moves all attachments with the agenda items. This program is very easy-to-use, and we are very happy with it.”

Richmond School Board Online with BoardDocs

Richmond Times-Dispatch

Sunday, August 31, 2014

RICHMOND The Richmond School Board is going as paperless as possible.

After years of discussion and months of training, the board is rolling out its presence on BoardDocs effective with its Sept. 2 work session. The night’s agenda and related documents should be available online at www.boarddocs.com/vsba/richmond/Board.nsf/Public.

. .You can also access the service through the school system web site (richmond.k12.va.us) and clicking on “administration,” then “School Board” and, finally, “BoardDocs” from the menu on the left side of the screen.

The site will become the online repository for School Board documents, as it is in the counties of Chesterfield, Hanover and Henrico, among others.
