BoardNews: Spring 2011

Welcome to the Spring 2011 edition of BoardNews! It's been a busy year thus far with a host of new features rolling out for our user community. Last month, we saw many of you in San Francisco at the 71st Annual NSBA Conference where we hope any questions you had were answered by our team. BoardDocs has a full calendar of events for 2011, so please check our Upcoming Events page often to find out when we'll be in your area!

As you know, organizations continue to look for ways to improve governance as budgets grow tighter and spending is more heavily monitored by engaged constituents. Below, you'll find very important Company announcements that have occurred since our last edition, as well as a recent article published in The Progress-Index online (Petersburg, VA) that focuses on the transparency benefits of eGovernance.
